Gaseous exhaust gas
In industrial production, exhaust gases will inevitably be produced. If these exhaust gases are discharged into the air without treatment, they will inevitably have an impact on the environment. Gaseous exhaust gas is the most kind of industrial exhaust gas and the most harmful. At present, the main gaseous exhaust gases are nitrogen-containing organic exhaust gases, sulfur-containing exhaust gases and hydrocarbon-containing organic exhaust gases. (1) Nitrogen-containing waste gas. This kind of exhaust gas will destroy the air composition and change the gas composition. Especially the combustion of petroleum products, in industrial production, has a huge amount of combustion of petroleum products, and the nitrogen content in petroleum products is large, so the exhaust gas will contain a large number of nitrogen oxides, if discharged into the air, it will increase the content of air nitrogen oxides, which will affect the atmospheric cycle. (2) Sulfur-containing waste gas. Sulphur-containing exhaust gas will cause direct harm to people's living environment, because it can form acid substances by combining with water in the air, and cause acid rain. Acid rain can damage plants, buildings and human health, especially the respiratory tract. In addition, it will also affect soil and water resources, resulting in secondary pollution. (3) Hydrocarbon organic waste gas. This kind of exhaust gas, collectively called hydrocarbons, is an organic compound, mainly composed of carbon atoms and hydrogen atoms. The diffusion of such exhaust gas into the atmosphere will cause a series of problems and far-reaching impact on the ozone layer. For example, the destruction of the ozone layer can aggravate the exposure of ultraviolet rays, which can cause skin damage and various health problems. In addition, changes in ultraviolet radiation will also have an impact on ecosystems and climate.
