Treatment of Organic Waste Gas
1、冷凝回收法：把有机废气直接导入冷凝器，经吸附、吸收、解板、分离，可回收有价值的有机物。该法适用于有机废气浓度高、温度低、风量小的工况，需要附属冷冻设备，主要应用于制药、化工行业，印刷企业较少采用。
1. Condensation recovery method: Organic waste gas is directly introduced into the condenser, and valuable organic matter can be recovered by adsorption, absorption, unloading and separation. This method is suitable for high concentration, low temperature and low air volume of organic waste gas. It needs auxiliary refrigeration equipment. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, but seldom used in printing enterprises.
2、吸附法：
2. Adsorption method:
(1)直接吸附法：有机废气经活性炭吸附，可达95%以上的净化率，设备简单、投资小，但活性炭更换频繁，增加了装卸、运输、更换等工作程序，导致运行费用增加；
(1) Direct adsorption method: organic waste gas can be absorbed by activated carbon, which can reach more than 95% purification rate. The equipment is simple and the investment is small. However, the frequent replacement of activated carbon increases the working procedures of loading and unloading, transportation and replacement, which leads to the increase of operating costs.
(2)吸附-回收法：用纤维活性炭吸附有机废气，在接近饱和后用过热水蒸汽反吹，进行脱附再生；本法要求提供必要的蒸汽量；
(2) Adsorption-recovery method: organic waste gas is adsorbed by fibre activated carbon, and desorbed and regenerated by superheated steam after approaching saturation.
(3)吸附-催化燃烧法：此法综合了吸附法及催化燃烧法的优点，采用新型吸附材料(蜂窝状活性炭)吸附，在接近饱和后引入热空气进行脱附、解析，脱附后废气引入催化燃烧床无焰燃烧，将其彻底净化，热气体在系统中循环使用，大大降低能耗。本法具有运行稳定可靠、投资减省、运行成本降低、维修方便等特点，适用于大风量、低浓度的废气治理，是目前国内治理有机废气较成熟、实用的方法。
(3) Adsorption-catalytic combustion method: This method combines the advantages of adsorption method and catalytic combustion method. A new type of adsorption material (honeycomb activated carbon) is used to adsorb, and hot air is introduced for desorption and analysis after approaching saturation. After desorption, exhaust gas is introduced into catalytic combustion bed for flameless combustion, which is thoroughly purified, and hot gas is recycled in the system, thus greatly reducing energy consumption. This method has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, less investment, lower operation cost and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for the treatment of high air volume and low concentration waste gas. It is a mature and practical method for the treatment of organic waste gas in China at present.
3、直接燃烧法：利用燃气或燃油等辅助燃料燃烧，将混合气体加热，使有害物质在高温作用下分解为无害物质；本法工艺简单、投资小，适用于高浓度、小风量的废气，但对安全技术、操作要求较高
3. Direct combustion method: using auxiliary fuels such as gas or fuel to burn, heating mixed gases to decompose harmful substances into harmless substances under the action of high temperature. This method is simple in process, low in investment, suitable for high concentration and small air volume exhaust gas, but requires high safety technology and operation.
